چکیده
Fish are highly nutritious food items. In most countries, fish is one of the significant sources of animal protein and essential nutrients for the maintenance of health and protection from different types of diseases, such as blood pressure, cancer and heart stroke [1]. Sea food products reduce vulnerability to hunger by providing a complementary food source when other food sources, such as agriculture are at a seasonal low [2]. Foran et al. [3] stated in the findings, fish is a highly proteinaceous food consumed by a larger percentage of population in the world because of its availability and palatability. Today there is an ever increasing know-how about healthy food and fish is finding more acceptances because of its special biochemical and nutritional qualities [4].
